Send details of your device and the replacement you are looking for. We discuss a preliminary value, check the available exchange options and agree on an estimated payment difference. If the proposal suits you, arrange a meeting in Tbilisi for inspection and the final agreement.
A listing in the NEWER stock channel is a starting point: confirm that the specific device is still available before arranging an exchange. NEWER also serves Batumi; always state which city you need.
Planning an iPhone upgrade
For example, if you want to exchange your current iPhone for a newer Pro model, send the exact model and storage of both phones. Include battery health, any repairs and photos of the screen, frame and back. These details help us assess your phone and discuss a suitable replacement.
The payment difference depends on both devices, including their specifications and condition. There is no fixed upgrade price that applies to every iPhone. If your preferred model is unavailable, ask about alternatives or a separate buyback.

No. An online estimate is preliminary and depends on the information and photos supplied. The final value of your device and the payment difference are agreed after inspection.
Is there a walk-in store in Tbilisi?
NEWER does not have a public walk-in store. Start online, then agree on the meeting location and time in Tbilisi before travelling.
