Privacy and enquiries
How NEWER uses enquiry details and website visit information.
Enquiry information
When you submit the form, NEWER receives your contact details, name, city, enquiry type, selected item and the device information, repair history, faults, cosmetic damage, comments and photos you provide. We use these details to reply, value a device and arrange a purchase, sale or trade-in.
Enquiry handling
The form sends data through Netlify Forms, where the enquiry is stored in NEWER’s account. Details and photos are automatically forwarded to a private NEWER staff group on Telegram for the team handling enquiries. A work email notification is also configured in Netlify. Direct “Message on Telegram” links work separately: you send that message yourself in Telegram.
Drafts when changing language
If you switch the language of a completed form, its text is temporarily stored in this tab’s sessionStorage and moved to the new language page. The draft is removed after transfer or successful submission. Drafts older than 10 minutes are discarded when the form is next opened. Photos are not stored there and must be attached again; the site warns you before switching. Contact details and message text are never added to the page URL.
Analytics
Yandex Metrica, counter 113479530, records visits and interaction stages. It may receive your IP address, browser and device information and referring source, and may use cookies. Contact details, form text and photos are not sent as analytics events; session replay is disabled. An enquiry may include its reference, language, first page visited, referring domain and campaign labels. Visit origin and comparison choices are stored temporarily in your browser; your language preference may be saved for later visits.
Questions and external services
To ask about your data or request deletion of an enquiry, contact @newer_tech_manager. Do not submit passwords, verification codes or full bank card details. Telegram and social media services apply their own privacy rules. Read Yandex’s privacy policy for more about analytics.
